Role Introduction

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an organised, proactive and motivated administrator to join our Children’s Speech and Language Therapy (CSLT) Traded Services team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project support, relationship building and working in a dynamic service that supports educational settings with supporting children and young people with speech, language and communication needs across Leeds and beyond.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery and growth of our CSLT Traded Service, working closely with the CSLT Traded Lead, Business Lead and wider therapy teams. The role involves coordinating traded contracts, supporting communication with schools and settings, and contributing to the development of the Leeds Communication Friendly Standards (LCFS).

You will be based at White Rose office park. The hours are 0.4wte - 15 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day to day project support to the CSLT traded service.

• Raise invoices, track purchase orders and support contract renewals.

• Coordinate communications, including co creating the termly Traded Newsletter and managing generic inbox enquiries.

• Support marketing activity, helping to develop and refresh promotional materials.

• Maintain accurate records, including mailing lists and SENCO contact details.

• Organise meetings and events, including minute taking and diary coordination.

• Assist with LCFS administration, audits and service development tasks.

• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

• Contribute to service improvement, proposing changes and supporting quality initiatives.
